Disappointing experience at this Premier Inn. Long wait for check-in with no apology for the delay. Room did not meet expectations with incorrect bed setup and unpleasant odor. Only positive is proximity to the train station.

Reception staff were excellent. Family room was clean, albeit a bit tight on space, but good value for money. Beefeater next door served excellent dinner with vegan and vegetarian options. Breakfast was great and continuously restocked. Will definitely return.

Mixed opinions about this place. Convenient location with friendly staff, but room issues include leaky showers, non-opening windows, and musty air con. Poor free and premium WiFi options. Limited mobile signal. Difficult to recommend for anything beyond a quick overnight stay.

Adjacent to Telford Central Station. Pleasant restaurant and bar nearby for dining and socializing. Reception staff consistently friendly and helpful. A regular stop for us.
